Research Interest:    Synthesis and Characterization of Nanomaterials for Climate-Resilient Agriculture. My research focuses on the synthesis and comprehensive characterization of nanomaterials designed to support climate-resilient and sustainable agricultural systems. In the context of increasing climate variability and pressure on global food production, nanotechnology offers innovative pathways to enhance crop productivity, improve resource-use efficiency, and reduce the environmental footprint of agriculture. I am particularly engaged in the development of functional nanomaterials—including nanofertilizers, nanopesticides, and nanosensors—that enable targeted nutrient delivery, efficient pest and disease management, and data-driven precision farming. A key emphasis of my work is the use of green and biologically derived synthesis approaches to ensure environmental safety and scalability, coupled with advanced physicochemical and structural characterization to evaluate performance, stability, and risk. Through this integrated approach, my research aims to generate safe, efficient, and field-applicable nanotechnological solutions that strengthen agricultural resilience to climate stress while supporting smallholder productivity and sustainable intensification.
